Our Curriculum
Chicago Christian Academy uses the A Beka Book curriculum. It is a Christian and a traditional form of education. The textbook writers have primarily researched the material in the textbooks. They do not paraphrase the humanistic, progressive material found in most textbooks today. By going back to the original sources, the publisher finds important truths that are disregarded by most publishers today. All textbooks are written from a Christian perspective. This helps the students build on the biblical principles taught to them at home and at church.
The A Beka curriculum is designed to build character in the children and strengthen the family unit. In addition to the A Beka Book curriculum, all grades use the Holy Bible in the New International Version.
